Coconut Oil Pulling
Using coconut oil as a teeth whitener may sound strange to most people but it works. You can simple pour a little coconut oil and swish it around your both as a mouth freshener, or dab it on the toothbrush and brush teeth with it. Results can appear in as little as two weeks. Coconut oil is great for teeth and gums.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar has tremendous home uses. One of the uses is to brighten teeth. It takes a little patience to see the results but many people have reported seeing whiter teeth in as little as a month. But one has to be careful while using it as too much acid can damage the teeth enamel. Apple cider Vinegar can simple be brushed with normal toothpaste and then rinsed out thoroughly.
Apart from these methods, foods such as orange peels and strawberries have been used to whiten teeth.
